Our team of dedicated professionals use the latest in computer equipment to provide drug interaction screening and patient information printouts. This advanced technology allows us to catch potential medication conflicts before they become a problem, ensuring patients receive safe, effective care every time.
Something that sets us apart are our Pharmacy Concierges. Once they become a client, our patients are then assigned to a concierge. When we can get to know them and understand their needs, we can respond to them immediately. We are not a large corporation or a national chain. We are a local pharmacy located in Las Vegas, Nevada and are dedicated to giving back to the community in which we serve.
Laura, the owner and Pharmacist at Assist Care Pharmacy is dedicated to serving the people of Las Vegas. Her patients use words such as kind, thoughtful and caring to describe the staff and management at the pharmacy and it is largely due to their focus on building personal relationships with their clientele.
Melissa is our Pharmacy Concierge and a licensed Pharmacy Technician. She knows all our clients on a personal level and is committed to delivering customer service that goes above and beyond what you would get with your normal pharmacy. She understands their needs, helps them with prescription questions, and helps resolve billing issues or concerns. Melissa is an integral part of our team here at Assist Care Pharmacy.
Leah is also a licensed Pharmacy Technician. She fills prescriptions and is a customer service liaison. Because Leah can speak the language, she is especially helpful to our Filipino speaking clientele. As a customer service liaison, she has a dedicated client list that she handles with finesse and they all speak so highly of her. We appreciate Leah and all that she does for Assist Care.
Samantha is a licensed Pharmacy Technician and is also a pharmacy concierge and dedicated representative. She is a key member of the staff and functions on many levels. She works closely and efficiently with our group homes as well as our doctor’s offices and staff members to ensure the patients’ needs are met. We appreciate the contribution Samantha makes to the team and we do not know what we would do without her!
